We wish she would’ve wore something else for the intro, but that’s what she went for. And no, the snake doesn’t come alive and bites her. Who did she think she was… EVE? In all fairness to the sexy mamacita, she is with Casper, the friendly ghost. So we’ll play nice. Just. Don’t. Ever. Wear. That Dress. AGAIN. Thank you. We still love her though.
The BEST dressed at “American Woman: Fashioning A National Identity” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art were few. The annual Costume Institute Gala gives celebrities the opportunity to dress to impress. Some women got it some women don’t. These women got it right that night in white, brights and glittery-shimmery beige. Emma Watson, simple dress, but very beautiful. Diane Kruger wore a plain white dress, but it works, less is more; nonetheless, we would have loved it more if she would’ve worn a huge necklace or oversize earrings with it. Jennifer Lopez has been doing really great lately. Good job JLo, you’re making fashmama proud! Taylor Swift, we don’t think we’ve ever caught her in a dull moment. Jennifer Lopez…What a Gem! She took our most honorable award given to the most deserving beauty on the red carpet at an awards show. The dress the dazzling Lola wore is of the Armani Prive Spring 2010 collection and she looked like a true lady in it. The hair we absolutely hated it, a sophisticated dress and the tresses were a mess, but we take into consideration that we’re critics (we won’t nitpick this time) and so we’ll let her slide, because we can’t say she got by, by a hair. Lovely Mrs. Lopez, we hope you keep it up. You looked like a doll!

Our list of the Top 10 Worst Dressed Celebrities for 2009 is here.You would think the ones on it last year made it again, and although some of them continued to make fashion offenses, we had to add new ones to our list.We don’t blame celebrities anymore than we do stylists.However, a celebrity should be able to know what feels “right” on them.Nonetheless, Hollywood goes with the hype on fashion stylists instead of recruiting new ones.We recommend that they touch untapped talent, hit the best universities known for fashion and start interviewing, and looking at portfolios there’s lots of talent out there.Some stylists can dress themselves perfectly well, yet be total failures when it comes to dressing others. You can only blame a stylist but so much, in the end, you chose him/her for the event. That being stated, celebs who made our worst dressed list are:

It was a difficult decision being that it was a tossup between her, Lady Gaga, and Amber Rose, but then we saw the weave JLO wore that looked as if she yanked it herself from a horse’s arse and then crimped it, we knew we found a winner.
