You see, Suave failed to tell consumers that this product also contains Tetrasodium EDTA and DMDM Hydantoin, which is a form of Formaldehyde, a human carcinogen known for causing Cancer. "She had permed her hair over 10 years ago, so she did not expect such results" ...which the product says "Do not use if hair has "ever" been permed or chemically straightened." Bold lettered in part-Keyword "ever". Its her own fault for blatantly disregarding the label and doing it anyway. On one hand, I haven't tried the product so I cannot give a personal opinion based on experience, on the other, there are people here that say it worked for them, of which I'm sure they met the criteria. So glad I chose to look this up and view these reviews. I did buy the product but was hesistate to use it after reading the warnings. Thank god I read this first. I will spend the money to use the real Keratin treatment at the salon and yes it is over $200.00 Thank you for sharing your stories and I hope that for those of you who used it your hair and scalp heal soon.
