Our list of the Top 10 Worst Dressed Celebrities for 2009 is here. You would think the ones on it last year made it again, and although some of them continued to make fashion offenses, we had to add new ones to our list. We don’t blame celebrities anymore than we do stylists. However, a celebrity should be able to know what feels “right” on them. Nonetheless, Hollywood goes with the hype on fashion stylists instead of recruiting new ones. We recommend that they touch untapped talent, hit the best universities known for fashion and start interviewing, and looking at portfolios there’s lots of talent out there. Some stylists can dress themselves perfectly well, yet be total failures when it comes to dressing others. You can only blame a stylist but so much, in the end, you chose him/her for the event. That being stated, celebs who made our worst dressed list  are:

• Lady Gaga: Sure, she is gorgeous, has an amazing curvaceous body, but her “uniqueness” turns out to be ridiculous 9 out of 10 times. We’d love for her to glam it up for once and look like the true lady and entertainer that she is. For now she is the Queen of ridicule and bodysuits.



• Dita Von Teese: Teese has her own Burlesque look, which we applaud. But it is always the same dark, strong shades. Nothing exciting there. That’s her comfort zone and she stays put. A true fashionista explores and plays with her wardrobe and colors. We’d like her to try something new—jeans, t-shirts…pastels?  Peach or light pink lipstick?! Word of advice: If you’re not a vampire darling, it’s time to give up the fangs.
• Madonna: This fab material girl may be talented and hot enough to even snag a youngish model. Her outfits, however, don’t say anything fabulous about her. Horns? Yes. Horns. She’s worn horns. Her dress choices have been so out of this world, you almost want to push and stuff her in a retirement bin.
• Phoebe Price: We didn’t know who she was, but she sure stood out on the red carpet for garnering the most shameful award there is on our site: The most ridiculous of the night! She didn’t win it once, or twice, but THREE times. This is one spicy redhead we’re most certainly not fiery about.



• Jennifer Lopez: This was one of the best dressed women in Hollywood. We have to say Lopez still looks beautiful to be a recent mother of twins and in her 40’s. Yet, her latest fashion choices show that she’s trying too hard to keep that youthful look. Once that period is gone, you can’t get it back. Lola you still look great, and sexy, but you need to play with clothes more suitable for your age.



• Eva Mendes: Mendes is sexy, talented and dresses…okay. She almost always stays on the safe side and her look is so 1950’s housewife boring. She needs a more modern look. Mendes, you’re a star begin shining like one on the red carpet and go for amazing, showy, couture gowns!  Call the other Eva, she can give you tips.
  
• Alicia Keys: We love that Keys unlocked the padlock of our little fashion heart by tossing the braids and showing off her gorgeous tresses. We also kinda like how feminine she has been dressing lately. What we hate is how her stylist just shoved “femininity” in her face without giving her personality a chance. Keys is womanly, but she also has an extremely STRONG persona that a stylist needs to play with. Give her clothes with a classy streak and a touch of edginess, whatever she’s doing now isn’t completely her and it isn’t working in its entirety to her favor.



• Kim Kardashian: The Kardashians are bootyful, that’s for sure. But she sure looks better with the clothes off her back than when she wears the same skintight, knee length dresses with her Louboutins (those we’re okay with). We like that she’s been experimenting and playing with her look, but in the end it becomes yet another pretty girl that has what it takes to stand out even more with her fashion sense, but she isn’t daring enough. Dull is the word we’re looking for. Honestly, all we see her in is cheap looking trashy dresses paired with nylon tights and a black jacket.  Time for a change.
  



• Shakira: This sexy she-wolf has our jaws dropping with her lovely voice and musical performances. Yet, what is she going to wear…a short dress and stripper heels again? Someone hand her a pole! We love how SEXY she looks, but we feel this lovely Colombian goddess needs to go for High-High Fashion since she has the body, class and look for it.



• Amber Rose: Better known as “Kanye’s Girlfriend”.  She sure is one rose that wilts in fashion. We won’t even explain this one.  We’ll just allow the images to do the talking.
