Puerto Rican TV host, Giselle Blondet, 43, was the BEST of the BEST DRESSED at the 10th Annual Latin GRAMMY in Las Vegas, Nevada. Every year we are scared to look at what these gorgeous Latin women wear being that most of the time their green carpet walks, don’t always make us green with envy. But this time around Ms. Blondet left us awestruck and we had a change of heart when we saw this raving beauty in scarlet red.
