PET PEEVE #14: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
This has got to be one of our biggest pet peeves! If you don’t like your job, QUIT it. It is that simple. Sure, you’d be broke, but at the least you won’t be miserable. There’s a difference between being assertive and being rude. One must not lack professionalism; it doesn’t look good on you or the company you work for. If you hate your job, get another one. Don’t ruin a person’s day just because you are unhappy. The customer/client did nothing to you, and even if he/she did, don’t forget, the customer is always right (even when they’re wrong). They don’t have to invest their money in your company. They can gladly spend their money elsewhere, a place where they actually appreciate it.
