Christina Milian shows her two-toned hair color and engagement ring at Billy Clark’s birthday bash in California. Milian’s fiancé is singer, songwriter, and music producer Terius Hagert Youngdell Nash, better known as The Dream. Though we’re not huge fans of this hairstyle it beats the hell out of the shaven heads craze in Hollywood and we must admit it does look mighty cute on her, but it still flops.
