Every year celebrities give us something to talk about and their fashion sense is usually the buzz of the town.  Our worst dressed list was hard to compose as many stars qualify for it; nevertheless, we managed to narrow it down.  Last year our WORST dressed award went to Lindsay Lohan, she almost garnered it again, however, Rihanna took home the prize because instead of being creative she was too over the top, for that reason she topped our list as the no.1 worst dressed celebrity for 2008.  Better luck next year gals.  We’re watching ya!  Don’t ya forget it!
