MAC Cosmetics signed a contract with singer Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson to be the next Viva Glam spokeswoman. The Viva Glam ad campaign will be available in February with a new limited edition MAC Viva Glam Lipglass. MAC has featured many celebrities and Fergie will be one more amongst them. MAC first introduced VIVA GLAM in 1994 with a deep red lipstick that made the mark for life. Those ruby reds opened the doors to what it is today, MAC Viva Glam campaigns that have generated more than $95 million dollars benefiting the MAC AIDS Fund helping people who live with HIV/AIDS.
